About the Role

/n

EVE is looking for a B2B Telecaller Executive who can do more than just make calls.

/n

The role will involve handling both outbound cold calling and inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, Meta and other lead-generation activities.

/n

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their business requirements, qualifying genuine prospects, conducting first-level requirement gathering, and scheduling relevant product demonstrations for the sales team.

/n

We are looking for someone who can have a meaningful business conversation rather than simply follow a fixed calling script.

/n

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on inbound leads generated through LinkedIn, Meta, digital campaigns, website enquiries and other marketing activities.
/n




Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective B2B clients.
/n
Research and identify potential companies and relevant decision-makers.
/n
Perform data mining and prospect research to build current prospect databases.
/n
Connect with business owners, HR Heads, Sales Heads, Operations Heads, and other decision-makers.
/n
Understand the prospect's current process, challenges, pain points, and business requirements.
/n
Conduct first-level product requirement gathering during the initial conversation.
/n
Identify which EVE solution may be relevant to the prospect.
/n
Qualify leads based on company profile, requirement, number of users, urgency, and business potential.
/n
Differentiate between valid, relevant, follow-up, and non-relevant leads and maintain proper lead status.
/n
Schedule qualified product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
/n
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
