We are seeking an experienced "Sales Support Specialist" to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Processing, and Lead Generation. This role will involve supporting our sales, marketing, and operations teams in global markets, with a focus on building brand awareness, identifying potential customers, setting up appointments, and ensuring the solid representation of the MR Chemie brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Utilize data analytics to identify and target potential leads across international markets.

Analyze market trends and customer data to uncover recent opportunities.
/n
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads using CRM tools.
/n
Inside Sales Support:
/n
Assist in preparing compelling sales pitches and presentations based on data insights.
/n
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.
/n
Order Processing & Documentation:
/n
Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are correctly captured in the system.
/n
Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes in a timely manner.
/n
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
/n
Address distributor queries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing discrepancies.
/n
Resolve order-related issues and provide solutions to customers and distributors efficiently.
/n
Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
/n
Participate in regular meetings to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Share best practices and innovative approaches to enhance team performance and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:
