Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Business Analyst with 4–5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, technology teams, and ServiceNow developers to gather requirements, improve TPRM processes, manage requirements, and provide testing oversight.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ServiceNow TPRM/GRC processes, business analysis methodologies, workflow optimization, requirements management, and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow TPRM
Analyze and support Third-Party Risk Management processes implemented on ServiceNow.
Understand vendor/third-party lifecycle processes including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, reviews, remediation,



and ongoing monitoring.
Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and improvement.
Support configuration and enhancement initiatives within ServiceNow TPRM.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering workshops.
Translate business requirements into transparent functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Document current-state and future-state processes.
Perform impact analysis for proposed process and system changes.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps in existing TPRM processes.
