This position will directly report to the Director and will play an important role in ensuring that materials are procured at the right price, quality and time.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the construction market, maintains excellent vendor relationships and has the ability to negotiate effectively while protecting the company's commercial interests.

7. Cost Control

* Continuously benchmark material prices against the market.
