Plant Manager

Moolchand Catering supplies fresh, cooked meals to factory workforces in and around Noida. We are hiring a Plant Manager to manage our central kitchen and food production operation day to day.

Responsibilities:

- Run the central kitchen and food production operations to ensure meals are prepared and delivered to factory clients on time.
- Lead, supervise, and schedule kitchen and dispatch staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, including FSSAI compliance.
- Manage raw material purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor and control food costs and minimize waste.
- Prepare daily reports on production output, operational issues, and requirements.




- Coordinate with factory clients and internal teams to ensure smooth meal production and dispatch.

Requirements:

- Prior experience managing a commercial kitchen, catering unit, central kitchen, or food production plant.
- Robust people-management and team-leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Good organizational and operational management skills.
- Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English.

- Salary: ₹40,000 per month
