WE’RE HIRING | CAM PROGRAMMER – 5 AXIS

Location: POR, Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 2–4 Years C

Salary: ₹10 LPA (₹10,00,000 Per Annum) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday |

5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities - Develop and optimize CNC programs & toolpaths for 3, 4 & 5-axis VMC/CNC machines.

- Create and modify programs using Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, HyperMILL or similar CAM software.

- Read and interpret CAD models, engineering drawings & GD&T.;

- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, feeds, speeds & machining strategies.

- Perform CAM simulation, collision checking & program verification. - Support machine setup, testing and first-piece prove-out.

- Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time, productivity & machining quality.

- Coordinate with Production, Design,



Tool Room & Quality teams.

Required Skills - 2–4 years of relevant experience in CAM Programming, preferably with 5-axis machining.

- Hands-on experience in 5-Axis CAM Programming.

- Knowledge of Simultaneous & 3+2 Axis Machining.

- Proficiency in Mastercam / PowerMill / NX CAM / HyperMILL or similar software.

- Robust knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, feeds & cutting parameters.

- Ability to read CAD models, engineering drawings & GD&T.;

- Knowledge of CNC controllers and machining processes. I
