Real Estate Cancellation and Refund Manager, Salary- 50k

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the Cancellation & Refund team. Review cancellation requests, booking details, payment records, agreements and supporting documents.

- Manage and monitor the complete refund process, including calculations, deductions and approvals. Handle customer escalations, complaints and sensitive cancellation/refund cases.

- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal and Management teams. Monitor pending cases, approvals, refunds and documentation to ensure timely closure.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering cancellations, refunds, ageing, pending cases and team performance. Ensure proper documentation, process compliance and internal controls.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance turnaround time and customer experience. Escalate high-value, disputed or exceptional cases to senior management.





Candidate Requirements:

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Cancellation & Refund, Customer Relations, CRM, Real Estate Operations or similar functions.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of real-estate booking, cancellation and refund processes. Excellent customer-handling and escalation-management skills.

-Robust knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting. Excellent coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential customer and financial information.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
