Job Summary:
Chef Lebanon Hotel is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (front office, kitchen, housekeeping, etc.)
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Process and manage payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS systems
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture




- Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel/restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel recruitment practices
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
