ABOUT THE ROLE

Derma Defined is looking for a highly skilled, creative Senior Editor, Videographer & Social Media Specialist to join our in-clinic team full-time, on-site.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end creative role for someone who can independently manage the complete content lifecycle, from shooting high-quality videos to professional video editing, graphic design, social media content creation and publishing. Hands-on expertise on channels like Instagram, FB, YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in videography, photography, video editing, graphic design and social media content, with the ability to create premium, medically appropriate and engaging content for a dermatology clinic.

This position requires someone creative, technically strong, highly organised, proactive and comfortable working directly with doctors, patients, clinic staff and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots within the clinic.
- Capture high-quality content featuring doctors, treatments, procedures, clinic ambience, patient journeys,



educational content and brand communication.
- Bring camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, audio and other production requirements.
- Shoot content for social platforms
- Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across all clinic and doctor content.
- Ensure appropriate handling of patient privacy, consent and confidentiality during shoots.
- Independently manage professional video editing
- Deliver content in platform-specific formats and specifications.
- Manage raw footage, project files, assets and organised content archives.
- Create high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, promotional creatives, educational graphics, announcements and campaign assets.
- Develop visually consistent creative assets aligned with the clinic's brand identity.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, editing styles and platform best practices.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

The candidate should be proficient in all three core areas:

A. Videography & Photography

B. Video Editing

C. Graphic Design
