Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chip Level Laptop Service Engineer with strong technical knowledge in laptop servicing, troubleshooting, and motherboard-level repair. The ideal candidate should also have experience in customer interaction and coordinating with service teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues
- Perform chip-level servicing and motherboard troubleshooting
- Handle display, power, hinges, and performance-related issues
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software
- Coordinate with customers regarding service updates and issue explanations
- Support and coordinate with service team members for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs with quality standards
- Maintain service records and update repair status regularly

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge in chip-level laptop servicing
- Experience in motherboard troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of display, power, and hardware issue diagnosis
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Basic team coordination / handling experience
- Ability to work under deadlines and service targets

Educational Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Hardware, Electronics, or relevant field




- Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in laptop servicing
- Responsible and technically strong candidate
- Positive problem-solving and coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
