Core Duties & Responsibilities

- Vehicle Operation: Drive cars, vans, or light trucks safely over various distances, navigating heavy traffic, adverse weather, and changing road conditions.
- Passenger & Cargo Security: Securely load and unload luggage, packages, or freight; ensure passengers wear seatbelts and adhere to safety protocols.
- Route Planning: Utilize navigation apps to plan the most time-productive and fuel-efficient routes, adapting dynamically to traffic delays or construction.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking oil levels, tire pressure, brakes, and lights); maintain cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery receipts, and incident reports in accordance with transport regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide a polite, professional, and reliable experience for passengers or clients during drop-offs and pickups.
