Experience

Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting existing and potential customers by phone, introducing Max Media products and services, generating sales leads, following up with photographers and dealers, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and the ability to achieve calling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to photographers, dealers, studios, and prospective customers.
- Explain album printing services, offers, prices, sizes, and product features clearly.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and customer responses.
- Maintain daily call records and customer data in Excel, CRM, or company software.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic support professionally.
- Inform customers about new offers, schemes, discounts, and product launches.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Send product details, catalogs, price lists, and samples through WhatsApp, email, or other approved channels.
- Build long-term relationships with photographers and repeat customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi; Gujarati is preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Clear speaking voice and good listening skills.
- Confidence in talking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, email, data entry).
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections politely.
- Time management and target-oriented attitude.
- Positive behavior and professional telephone etiquette.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
