Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales through direct client interaction, field visits, lead generation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market networking.
- Meet clients and explain our product features, benefits, and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support sales conversion.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of field sales experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive convincing ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
