About CyTech Consulting

CyTech Consulting is an early-stage technology and cybersecurity consulting company focused on helping startups, SMEs, brands, and organizations strengthen their technology, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and digital infrastructure.

We are currently building the company's consulting practice, client base, leadership team, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth strategy.

We are looking for an experienced entrepreneur to join the founding leadership team in a CXO-level capacity.

The Opportunity

CyTech Consulting is seeking an entrepreneurial and business-oriented professional to join as a Co-Founder & CXO – Business & Strategy.

This is a founding leadership position, not a conventional employment opportunity.

The selected individual will work directly with the Founder/CEO and participate in company-level strategy, business development, growth, partnerships, operations, and executive decision-making.

The role is intended for an experienced professional who has already been part of building a startup and understands the challenges of taking a business from an early stage toward sustainable growth.

We are looking for a builder, strategic thinker, and business leader who is prepared to take ownership of a major function of the company and contribute to CyTech's long-term growth.

Mandatory Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- 5–10 years of professional experience.
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent management qualification.
- Previous experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Founding Member, or member of the founding team of a startup.
- Demonstrated experience in building, launching, operating, or scaling a startup.
- Strong business-development and strategic-management capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate independently at an executive level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take long-term ownership.

Candidates without prior startup founding-team experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualification

A B.Tech / B.E. degree is strongly preferred.

Candidates with combinations such as:

- B.Tech + MBA
- B.E. + MBA
- B.Tech + PGDM
- B.E. + PGDM





will be particularly relevant for this position.

However, exceptional candidates from other educational backgrounds may also be considered based on their entrepreneurial and executive experience.

Cybersecurity Experience

Prior cybersecurity experience is not mandatory.

The role is primarily focused on business leadership, strategy, growth, and company building.

Candidates from technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting, finance, e-commerce, manufacturing, professional services, or other relevant industries are welcome to apply.

An understanding of technology-driven businesses will be an advantage.

Key Executive ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Growth

- Lead strategic business-development initiatives.
- Build and manage high-value client relationships.
- Develop and execute growth strategies.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue channels.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Develop scalable sales and business-development processes.

Corporate Strategy

- Work directly with the Founder/CEO on company strategy.
- Participate in executive-level decision-making.
- Contribute to business models, pricing, positioning, and service development.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Support long-term organizational planning.

Leadership & Execution

- Take ownership of a major business function within CyTech.
- Establish processes, systems, and performance frameworks.
- Participate in leadership hiring and team development.
- Build and lead future teams under the respective CXO function.
- Represent CyTech in strategic business discussions and partnerships.
- Drive initiatives from concept through execution.

This position is intended for someone who wants to build an organization and participate in its ownership,



rather than simply take up a senior job title.

Remuneration / Compensation

CyTech Consulting is currently a pre-incorporated, early-stage startup.

Accordingly, this position does not currently carry a conventional fixed salary or monthly compensation structure.

Compensation: Equity Stake in the Firm

The selected Co-Founder & CXO will be offered an equity stake in CyTech Consulting, subject to mutually agreed terms.

The equity structure will be determined based on factors including:

- Previous startup founding experience
- 5–10 years of professional experience
- Executive-level expertise
- Scope of responsibility
- Time and commitment
- Business contribution
- Strategic value
- Client acquisition and revenue contribution
- Long-term involvement in CyTech

The final equity arrangement, vesting terms, rights, responsibilities, and other applicable conditions will be discussed and documented separately with the selected candidate.

As CyTech progresses toward incorporation, revenue generation, and organizational expansion, the compensation and executive structure may evolve.
