JobOverview / Purpose: Middle management position to handle BIQ, Manufacturing QA, QMS, FQA,

Customer complaints & Problem solving, Advance Quality, Quality Planning,

Initiate and drive strategies.

Roles&Responsibilities;:

1. QMS – Very good command on the ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 – Documentations, Deployment, improvement, Internal Audit and third-party certification.

2. Develop Manufacturing quality Assurance plan, Deployment & continual improvement.

3.



Identify opportunities of introducing tooling, fixtures, gauges to improve build in quality.

4. Introduce SOP, Guidelines, check sheets, etc

5. Develop BIQ strategies and implementation.

6. Customer complaint management – CAPA, Change Management.

7. Change management handling

8. FQA management- QAP, Customer interaction, FAT.

9. Advance Quality + Quality Planning

10. Analysis of data and interpretation.

11. MIS preparation

12. Close interaction with various interface departments.

13. Improve response & response time.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
