Key Responsibilities:
- High-Value Conversions: Convert high-quality digital marketing leads into confirmed admissions.
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Counseling: Provide expert guidance to students and parents about digital marketing career paths.
- Batch Planning: Coordinate with the academic team to fill batches for Tech Ads Academy.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain daily reports and lead status in the company CRM/ERP.
Requirements (Experienced Candidates Only):
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tele-calling, Sales, or Educational Counseling.
- Skills: Excellent Malayalam communication and convincing power are mandatory. Basic English is preferred.
- Mindset: Target-driven, professional, and capable of handling student queries independently.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to work with CRM tools and basic office software.
