US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals for contract, C2C, W2, and permanent software development, engineering, cloud, and technical positions across US clients nationwide. The recruiter will work closely with account managers, sales teams, and technical candidates to ensure timely placements while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Source and recruit IT professionals across various technical skill sets including Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps, Full-Stack Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and Systems Engineers.
- Channel Search: Utilize technical job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), social media, referrals, internal candidate databases, and boolean/x-ray search strategies to identify qualified IT talent.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct screening calls and technical evaluation interviews to assess candidate qualifications, tech stacks, experience, work authorization status (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen), and availability.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate candidate profile submissions, client interview scheduling, rate discussions, offer negotiations, and onboarding documentation processes.
- ATS / CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data, recruitment trackers, and interaction history within ATS/CRM platforms.
- Compliance & Documentation: Collect, verify, and complete necessary hiring documentation (Right to Represent/RTR, background checks, work authorizations) before placement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, account management, and client delivery teams to fulfill IT staffing requirements efficiently.
- Targets & Metrics: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets, placement KPIs, and submission metrics.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain consistent follow-up communication.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in US IT staffing or IT talent recruitment is required.
- Robust understanding of US IT recruitment processes, technical job roles, tech stacks, and US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,



high-volume, target-driven night shift environment.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Hands-on experience using ATS/CRM platforms and major technical job boards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

- Salary: Up to INR 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
