We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in search engine optimization and understands how to improve website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, and overall online performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword and competitor research, optimizing website content and structure, monitoring SEO performance, and identifying opportunities for organic growth.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to improve organic search performance.
- Optimize website content, structure, internal linking, metadata, and other on-page SEO elements.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and address issues affecting crawling, indexing, site performance, and rankings.
- Develop SEO-friendly content and ethical link-building strategies in collaboration with content and marketing teams.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and other SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Analyze performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.




- Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and search trends while ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven professional experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Working knowledge of website structure, HTML, and basic technical SEO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
