Job Description

The COO will be responsible for managing and improving the overall operations of Eyedea Living and ensuring that the company's strategy is converted into productive execution.

Key Responsibilities Business Operations

· Manage day-to-day company operations.

· Create and implement SOPs.

· Improve interdepartmental coordination.

· Establish KPIs and accountability systems.

· Identify operational bottlenecks.

Sales & Commercial

· Monitor sales pipeline and conversion.

· Track quotations, orders and collections.

· Monitor project profitability.

· Improve sales processes.

Production & Supply Chain

· Coordinate procurement, production and installation.

· Monitor production schedules.

· Ensure timely delivery.

· Manage vendors and suppliers.

· Improve quality and reduce wastage.

Team Management

· Manage department heads and teams.

· Define roles and responsibilities.





· Set KPIs.

· Conduct performance reviews.

· Improve productivity and accountability.

Financial & Operational Control

· Monitor operating costs.

· Track budgets.

· Coordinate with accounts.

· Monitor receivables and cash flow.

· Improve project-level profitability.

Management Reporting

· Prepare weekly/monthly MIS.

· Present operational performance to the Owner.

· Identify problems and propose solutions.

· Ensure management decisions are implemented.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on leader who can build systems, manage people, improve operations and take ownership of business execution.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Chief Operating Officer: 9 years (Required)
