Job Title: EMI Overdue Collection Executive (Telecalling) Job Description: We are looking for motivated and communication-oriented candidates for the position of EMI Overdue Collection Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone regarding their overdue EMI payments and maintaining proper records of all customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI payments. - Communicate professionally with customers and follow up for pending payments. - Explain overdue amounts and request customers to clear their outstanding dues. - Record customer responses, payment commitments, and call feedback accurately. - Maintain daily collection reports and provide regular feedback to the reporting manager. - Update customer details and calling status in Excel sheets. Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.



- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. - Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports. - Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment. Eligibility Criteria: - Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Candidates with experience in telecalling, EMI collection, loan recovery, or customer service will be preferred. - Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
