Job Summary

Confidence Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior / Head Engineer to lead technical and service operations involving CNC, VMC, HMC and advanced machine tools.

The role involves technical leadership, machine installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, refurbishment, testing and coordination with engineers, technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical and service operations
- Handle CNC / VMC / HMC machines
- Lead machine installation and commissioning
- Manage mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Oversee machine refurbishment, testing and calibration
- Guide and develop engineers and technicians
- Plan technical activities and execution
- Coordinate with customers for technical requirements
- Take ownership of technical execution and service activities

Required Experience & Skills

- 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience




- Experience with CNC / VMC / HMC machine tools
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in machine installation and commissioning
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Ability to lead engineers and technicians
- Positive communication and customer coordination skills
- Ability to independently handle technical responsibilities
