Job Overview

We are hiring a Quality Engineer with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Injection Moulding Quality and Tool Room activities.

Mandatory: Candidates must have experience in both Injection Moulding Quality and Tool Room.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality Inspection of injection moulded components.
- Identify and control injection moulding defects.
- Check components against engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams to resolve quality issues.
- Identify defects and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Support quality checks related to moulds, tools and Tool Room activities.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant Injection Moulding Quality experience.




- Tool Room experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of injection moulding defects and quality inspection.
- Experience in Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
- Knowledge of RCA, corrective actions and quality documentation.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Injection Moulding Technology
- Or a relevant technical qualification.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strictly 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Injection Moulding Quality is compulsory.
- Tool Room experience is compulsory.
- Candidates without experience in both areas will not be considered.
