We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and multi-skilled Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to handle daily computer operations, clerical tasks, and office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow by managing data entry, document formatting, routine correspondence, and day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities1. Computer Operations & Data Management

- Maintain and update daily data records, logbooks, spreadsheets, and databases with high accuracy.
- Format, draft, and print letters, reports, invoices, memos, and official correspondence.
- Perform routine data entry, verification, and file conversion tasks (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Manage electronic files, cloud storage, and document archiving systems.
- Operate and perform basic troubleshooting for office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, copiers).

2. Office Administration & Clerical Support

- Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier packages).




- Organize and maintain physical filing systems to ensure quick access to paper documents.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing meeting spaces.
- Monitor office supplies inventory (stationery, printer toner, paper) and place reorders when needed.

3. Front Desk & Operational Support

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance personnel, and service providers for routine facility care.
- Assist finance/HR teams with basic record-keeping (petty cash logs, attendance records, expense receipts).
- Execute other operational tasks assigned by management to support daily business functions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
