Qualifications:-

- A doctoral degree (Ph.D., DNP, or equivalent) in Nursing or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in a specialized area of nursing practice or research.
- A strong record of scholarly research and publication in reputable journals.
- Experience in teaching nursing courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
- Proven ability to mentor and advise students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in nursing education and practice.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Active involvement in professional nursing organizations and commitment to skilled service.
