Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing client confirmation calls for trips, updating logistics software, handling data entry, and ensuring smooth coordination with the U.S. team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct confirmation calls with clients to verify trip details.
- Update and maintain logistics software, including Bambi and Samsara, based on client interactions.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Coordinate with the U.S. team to facilitate seamless workflow transitions.
- Monitor trip schedules and address any discrepancies or last-minute changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and updates.




- Completing paperwork related to routes.
- Handling team & clients complaints and inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Bambi, Samsara, or similar logistics software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in U.S. shift hours.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling logistics challenges.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
