# Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate holds the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and is comfortable working in a structured delivery environment with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., CSM, integrations and custom development) according to requirements.
- Build and maintain workflows/Flow Designer flows, **Business Rules, **Client Scripts, **UI Policies, **Script Includes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs.
- Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server where applicable) and data imports/transform maps.
- Perform unit testing, support **UAT, and manage deployments across environments following best practices.
- Troubleshoot incidents/defects, perform root-cause analysis,



and provide ongoing platform and user support.
- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and platform governance.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory).

Robust knowledge of:

- ServiceNow platform configuration and development
- JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts
- SDLC practices, versioning, and release/deployment processes
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with one or more: ITSM, CSM.
- Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience.

Soft Skills:

- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Team collaboration and proactive communication.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks and deadlines.
