About the Role

We are a growing Solar EPC company looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and execution of Solar PV Projects. The role involves frequent travel and extended stay at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of Solar PV systems, including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Grid-Connected Solar Projects.
- Supervise solar panel installation, inverter installation, electrical cabling, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure projects comply with electrical standards, safety regulations, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, electricians, clients, and site teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, materials, and project schedules.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of solar electrical systems.
- Prepare technical reports, site reports, as-built drawings, testing reports, and project handover documents.





Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of experience in Solar PV, Solar EPC, Electrical Projects, or Renewable Energy. Freshers with solid technical knowledge are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems, DC/AC electrical systems, inverters, electrical protection, and cabling.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic electrical drawings.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay at project sites for extended periods is mandatory.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
