Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Academic Specialist to oversee curriculum delivery, monitor teaching standards, and drive academic excellence across primary, middle, and secondary sections. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management, teachers, and students to enhance pedagogical practices, implement student performance tracking systems, and lead teacher training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Design & Implementation: Align syllabus execution with school guidelines (CBSE/State Board), ensuring lesson plans are engaging, age-appropriate, and outcome-focused.
- Classroom Monitoring & Pedagogy: Conduct regular classroom observations, evaluate teaching methodologies, and provide constructive feedback to instructional staff.
- Teacher Mentorship & Training: Identify skill gaps among faculty and organize targeted professional development workshops to improve classroom management and subject delivery.
- Student Assessment & Learning Outcomes: Develop comprehensive assessment frameworks, review exam performance, and design remedial programs for low-performing students while challenging high achievers.
- Parent & Leadership Reporting: Present academic performance analytics to school management and lead parent-teacher discussions regarding academic interventions.
- EdTech Integration:



Promote the integration of digital learning tools and activity-based learning approaches into daily classroom instruction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed), Master’s in a core academic subject, or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with exceptional academic credentials.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, with at least 1–2 years in an academic coordination, curriculum design, or specialist role in a recognized school.
- Skills:
- Robust command over written and spoken English and Hindi.
- In-depth understanding of modern pedagogical practices, lesson planning, and assessment design.
- Proficiency in basic educational software and data analysis (Excel, school management systems).
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
