Job Description — Digital Marketing Executive

Location: IMT Sector -6, Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

* Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with creative/content teams for execution.

* Work with digital marketing agencies, freelancers and other external partners where required.

* Monitor and manage paid digital campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on reach, engagement, leads and conversions.

* Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.

* Conduct basic keyword, competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.

* Support SEO, website content and online visibility initiatives.

* Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop creatives, reels, posts, blogs and other marketing assets.

* Assist in influencer marketing and other digital brand-building initiatives.

* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms and emerging platforms.

* Work closely with the sales/business team to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Candidate Profile





* 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with a digital marketing agency or a fast-growing consumer/brand environment.

* Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising and digital campaigns.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads will be preferred.

* Good understanding of content marketing, SEO and digital analytics.

* Experience working with agencies, designers, content creators and other marketing partners.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

* Creative, proactive and willing to take ownership of execution.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation.

Preferred Background

Candidates from a Digital Marketing Agency or D2C / FMCG / Beauty / Wellness / Personal Care / Lifestyle brand environment would be preferred.
