We are looking for an experienced Senior Career Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in making informed education and career decisions. You will conduct one on one counselling sessions, help learners choose the right programs and pathways, conduct career workshops and support students from first enquiry through enrolment and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to help students and professionals assess their interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses, programs, and career pathways based on each person's profile and aspirations.
- Conduct Career Workshops for students as well as their parents, guiding them about various career avenues.
- Use psychometric and aptitude assessments and interpret the results for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.




- Mentor junior counsellors and share best practices with the team.
- Represent the organisation at seminars, webinars, school and college outreach events, and career fairs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years in career counselling, student counselling.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Telugu
- Active listening, robust Interpersonal and empathy skills
- Knowledge of career assessment psychometric tests and educational pathways (India and abroad is a plus)
- Comfortable with CRM tools, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
