WE’RE HIRING | ENGINEER / DIPLOMA ENGINEER – LIFERAFTS

Location: Mumbai, India

We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated Engineer / Diploma Engineer to join our maritime safety equipment team, with a focus on liferaft servicing and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of liferafts in accordance with applicable industry standards.
- Assist with servicing and maintenance of Life-Saving Appliances (LSA) and related safety equipment.
- Perform technical checks and ensure equipment is maintained in secure and serviceable condition.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports and documentation.
- Support testing, troubleshooting and rectification of technical issues.
- Coordinate with clients and service teams during inspections and servicing activities.




- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company procedures and relevant maritime safety requirements.

Requirements

- Engineering or Diploma Engineering qualification.
- Previous experience in liferaft servicing, maintenance or inspection will be preferred.
- Knowledge of LSA / lifesaving equipment will be an advantage.
- LSA/Liferaft competence or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
- Good technical understanding, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a technical/service team.
- Willingness to travel to client locations or service sites when required.
