JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

To ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining regular communication with customers, collecting feedback, handling concerns and supporting customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide qualified assistance at the service centre.
- Make service reminder and follow-up calls to existing customers.
- Contact customers for service appointments and support vehicle inflow.
- Collect customer feedback after vehicle service and delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints until resolution.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and complaints.
- Follow up with customers for periodic maintenance, pending services and repeat visits.




- Inform customers about relevant service campaigns, offers and dealership initiatives.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction, retention and service business.
- Maintain professional communication through phone, WhatsApp and other approved channels.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, automobile dealerships or tele-calling is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer management systems.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
