About the Role

VAREQIS Healthcare Private Limited is looking for a motivated and well-organized HR & Marketing Executive to support our growing healthcare services business. The role will involve both HR coordination and marketing activities, with a focus on recruitment, employee coordination, digital outreach, lead generation, and building the company's professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Support attendance, leave, and day-to-day employee coordination.
- Assist management with HR-related administrative activities.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Support digital marketing and social media activities.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, and other channels.
- Assist in identifying potential U.S. healthcare clients and business opportunities.




- Conduct market research and maintain prospect databases.
- Support email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Help prepare marketing content, company profiles, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Track leads, responses, follow-ups, and campaign performance.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, or recruitment portals is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
