We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, motivate and manage our Sales & Telecalling team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, achieving sales targets, monitoring calls and conversions, training team members and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the Sales/Telecalling team.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Train team members on products, sales techniques and approved processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and MIS.
- Support team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.
- Handle customer escalations and assist the team in resolving issues.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance and discipline.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching.
- Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.




- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Ayurveda, Herbal or Healthcare.
- Previous team-handling or team-leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience in sales reporting and MIS.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
