We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our US Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, strong client handling skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing/RPO market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, MSPs, and direct clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose customized RPO solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay updated with US hiring trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all sales activities in CRM tools.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in US Staffing / RPO Business Development.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Self-motivated with a solid target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with direct clients or MSP/VMS models.
- Knowledge of contracts, rate negotiation, and onboarding processes in the US market.
- Prior experience in IT/Healthcare/Non-IT staffing is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
