Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the academic and operational functions of a CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, academic administration, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Develop and implement academic plans aligned with CBSE standards.
- Guide, mentor, and monitor teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and quality teaching practices.
- Monitor student academic performance, discipline, and overall development.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, academic reviews, and performance assessments.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, CBSE guidelines, and safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate school events, activities, and academic programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in academic quality and school operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Principal or senior school leadership role.
- B.Ed is mandatory.
- Experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent team management and administrative abilities.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
