About the Role

Tecla is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern / Fresher who is interested in building practical experience in video editing, graphic design, social media creatives, branding, and digital marketing content.

This role is suitable for freshers who have basic knowledge of design and editing tools and are willing to learn, experiment, and improve their creative skills while working on real company projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and basic corporate videos.
- Create social media posts, posters, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
- Add basic transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and animations.
- Resize and adapt creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
- Follow company brand guidelines while creating designs.
- Work with the marketing and creative team on ongoing projects.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual content.
- Organise project files, design assets, and video files properly.
- Learn and experiment with modern creative and AI tools.
- Complete assigned creative work within deadlines.

Preferred SkillsVideo Editing

- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve or similar software

Graphic Design

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva

Candidate Requirements

- Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of video editing and graphic design.
- Good visual sense and interest in modern creative trends.
- Basic understanding of typography, colors, composition, and branding.
- Willingness to learn new software and creative techniques.
- Ability to understand instructions and execute creative tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Students who have completed or are pursuing relevant creative courses may also apply.

Laptop Requirement

Candidate must bring and use their own laptop for work.

The laptop should be capable of running video editing and graphic design software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve based on the candidate's workflow.

Stipend

₹5,000 per month
