- Quality & Patient Care: Conducts daily supervisory rounds, monitors hygiene and infection control, and investigates patient or staff complaints.
- Staff Development: Oversees performance appraisals, maintains records, and organizes ongoing in-service training and counseling.
- Resource Planning: Forecasts equipment requirements and participates in purchasing and committee meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Holds a Bachelor's (B.Sc) or Master's (M.Sc) degree in Nursing, or a degree in Healthcare Administration.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and active registration with the relevant state or Indian Nursing Council.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in nursing supervision and hospital administration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
