Job Description:

1. Identify and develop current business opportunities for metal and alloy products (e.g., steel, aluminum, copper, specialty alloys)

2. To visit all industrial clusters in & around Chennai, and generate leads/enquiries.

3. To visit all clients for closure of orders, and collection of payments.

4. To do cold calls and generate enquiries / Also to handle inbound leads

5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations

8. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery

9. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports in CRM systems

10. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
