Digital Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and well-trained Digital Marketing Executive to manage and promote the company’s online presence. The candidate should have positive knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, photography, videography, and video editing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content related to construction, architecture, interior design, projects, and company activities.
- Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Handle photo and video shooting for ongoing construction projects, completed projects, site activities, and company events.
- Edit photos and videos professionally for social media and promotional purposes.
- Create attractive Reels, promotional videos, project walkthroughs, and short-form content.
- Develop creative ideas and content strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the site and office teams to collect project updates, photos, and videos.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting.




- Respond to social media enquiries and coordinate leads with the concerned team.
- Support online advertising and promotional campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing techniques.
- Maintain consistency in company branding, communication, and presentation across digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Well-trained in photo and video shooting.
- Good skills in video editing and photo editing.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking and good visual sense.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to create engaging and professional content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to visit construction sites for content creation.

Preferred Qualification

- Any degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates with practical experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, and video editing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
