Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
The primary job role would be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services and act on the queries as per the company's guidelines.

- Handle live chat on our website
- Receive inbound calls from customers and place orders as per customer request
- Outbound calls to customers who face difficulty in ordering online
- Handling of customer enquiries on email, social media channels and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer technical issues & doubt regarding product usage.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Good command over spoken & written English
- Good typing speed (40 wpm & 90% accuracy preferable)
- Patient & humble on incoming & outgoing calls
- Good overall communication skills
- Comfortable using Facebook,



Instagram & mobile apps.
- Freshers are welcome if they can speak Hindi.
