- Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate and Smart solutions for banking clients
- Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment
- Drive end to end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle data modeling integrations performance and security
- Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails best practices and enterprise standards
- Design and implement banking integrations including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems
- Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality
- Collaborate with business compliance and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions
- Own non functional requirements including performance scalability resiliency and security
- Mandatory Skills
- 10 years of experience with PEGA
- Certified PEGA Lead System Architect LSA Mandatory
- Hands on experience with Smart Investigate Smart Disputes Smart Investigation for Securities
- Strong understanding of banking dispute workflows fraud and investigation life cycles
- Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows
- Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs PEGA Queue Processors Services Connectors and asynchronous processing
- Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity quality and decision outcomes
