We are looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to handle day-to-day office and business operations.

Responsibilities include:

Office administration & coordination Courier/parcel handling and deliveries

Supplier & vendor coordination Online supplier/product research

Fabric sourcing and market visits Meeting suppliers & negotiating prices

Purchasing/sourcing materials Gifting & packaging coordination

Maintaining office records and supplies Following up on tasks and deliveries

General business/operational support

Requirements:

Good communication skills

- Computer/laptop knowledge
- Positive online research skills
- Organised and responsible
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable dealing with suppliers
- Willing to visit fabric markets
- Fashion/fabric/retail experience is an advantage
