SXDL is expanding its team and looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented Calling Agents for our international B2B campaigns.

Position

Calling Agent / B2B Calling Executive

Shift

Night Shift | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Location

Ahmedabad | Work From Office

Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B calls to international prospects
- Speak with business owners, decision-makers and professionals
- Introduce campaigns/services professionally
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify prospects
- Maintain calling records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the internal sales & lead generation team

Requirements

- Good English communication skills




- Confident speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Target-oriented attitude
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- B2B/International calling experience is an advantage
