MANAGER – PMS & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can build systems, not just follow existing ones.

The primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a solid Performance Management System (PMS), KRA/KPI framework, employee review mechanism and appraisal system across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design department-wise and employee-wise KRAs & KPIs.
- Build monthly, quarterly and annual performance review mechanisms.
- Develop employee scorecards and management dashboards.
- Implement a transparent KPI-linked appraisal and increment system.
- Establish probation, confirmation, promotion and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes.
- Conduct structured performance reviews with department heads.
- Manage & monitor daily day to day admin responsibilities
- Create systems for tracking targets, productivity, deadlines and accountability.
- Develop and standardise HR policies, SOPs and workflows.
- Define organisational structure, reporting hierarchy and role clarity.
- Identify performance and competency gaps and coordinate development plans.
- Implement HRMS/technology and AI-based tools wherever appropriate for better tracking and automation.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and functional heads on organisational development initiatives.





CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in PMS, HR systems, organisational development or HRBP roles.
- Must have personally designed or implemented KRA/KPI, PMS and appraisal systems.
- Strong understanding of performance reviews, scorecards, HR analytics, SOPs and employee productivity measurement.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, HRMS and reporting skills.
- Experience in a growing SME, manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, nutraceutical or similar organisation preferred.
- We prefer candidates who have built systems from the ground up, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to operating established processes in large organisations.
- Strong follow-up, documentation and implementation capability is essential.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT – STRICT

This is a 100% work-from-office position at Yelachenahalli, Bengaluru.

COMPENSATION

₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated ability to independently build and implement PMS and organisational systems.

WORKING TIME & DAYS

6 days working (Saturday is full time working day)

9:30 am to 6:30 pm
