About the Role

We are looking for a BDS-qualified dentist to join our team as a Student Care Executive. The role involves connecting with dental students and graduates who are interested in enhancing their clinical skills through professional upskilling programmes.

As a dental professional, you will understand students’ clinical learning needs, explain relevant training opportunities, address their concerns, and guide them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective dental students and graduates interested in clinical upskilling programmes.
- Understand their learning requirements and career goals.
- Explain programme features, training structure, and benefits clearly.
- Use effective communication and convincing skills to convert interested leads into enrolments.
- Handle student queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain updated lead records.
- Provide a positive counselling experience and coordinate with the internal team.





Eligibility & Required Skills

- BDS degree is mandatory. Only BDS-qualified candidates should apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and objection-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating over phone calls.
- Ability to understand clinical learning requirements and guide dental students effectively.
- Knowledge of any additional language will be an added advantage.
- Sales, telecalling, or counselling experience is desirable but not mandatory.
