# About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join the Philips Lighting business and help expand our market presence in Saharanpur and surrounding areas.

The role will be responsible for driving sales and business development through field visits, customer meetings, contractor and architect relationships, project leads, showroom enquiries and market development activities.

# Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow the Philips Lighting business across Saharanpur and nearby markets.

- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into business.

- Regularly visit contractors, architects, builders, interior designers, dealers, retailers, industrial clients, institutions and corporate customers.

- Generate and follow up on project, residential, commercial and institutional lighting requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with electricians, contractors, architects, dealers and project influencers.

- Generate leads through market visits, references,



networking and local market activities.

# Who We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in field sales, business development or channel/project sales.

- Experience in the electrical, lighting, switchgear, cables, switches, building materials or related industries will be preferred.

- Candidates with an existing network among contractors, electricians, architects, builders, dealers or project customers will have an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation and customer follow-up.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel and meeting customers regularly.

- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the assigned market.

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. An electrical background is an advantage.
