Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Telemarketer located in Kozhikode. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students or clients, scheduling appointments, providing information about our programs, and documenting interactions in the system. Daily tasks will include maintaining a customer database, following up on leads, answering queries, and supporting the sales team to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

- Any graduates can apply.
- Knowledge of Aviation industry trends is a plus
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience are preferred
- Candidates must have computer knowledge
- Sales skills and experience in closing deals
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
