About the Role

Grando Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Surat.

The ideal candidate should have strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and hiring skills and be capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and locations.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, references, WhatsApp groups, and recruitment consultants.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate evaluation.
- Shortlist candidates according to job requirements, experience, location, and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates from screening to joining.
- Negotiate salary and discuss company policies with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Build a strong pipeline for Sales, Solar EPC, Technical, HR, Accounts, and Support positions.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.




- Maintain daily recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to handle bulk and urgent hiring.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience in Solar / EPC / Real Estate / FMCG / Telecom / Banking / Field Sales industries will be preferred.

Salary
