Key Responsibilities

About the Role

Tresbon Consulting Solutions is looking for a Management Consultant to support clients in implementing, improving, and sustaining effective Management Systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and improve Management Systems such as ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22000,BRCGS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMETA and other related standards.
- Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and compliance assessments.
- Develop and review SOPs, procedures,



manuals, and system documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, consulting sessions, and training programs.
- Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continual improvement.
- Build solid client relationships and ensure timely project delivery.

Candidate Profile

- B.E Food Tech or MSc Food Technology or Microbiology or Biotechnology with 2–6 years of relevant experience in Management Systems / Consulting / Quality / Food Safety/ Environment/OH&S;/Social & Ethical.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, auditing, documentation, and process improvement.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Relevant ISO/HACCP/FSSC certifications will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and Outstation stay
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Interested in continuous learning and professional development.
